We would like to thank Warm My Home for a great job of installing our heat pump and ceiling insulation. Klaus knew exactly our requirements that would best suit our home and needs. He spent time with us making sure we made the right decision for heating and made the whole process easy. The installer was on time, efficient and spent the time explaining how it all worked. The two chappies who installed the ceiling insulation were on time, also efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We were very surprised as to the improvement installing a floor model heat pump and having better insulation would make to the warmth of our home. I'm happy to say I had Warm My Home install a Fugitsu Heat pump in my 40 year old home in Avonhead three weeks ago. On doing so I have turned off my two Night store Heaters which are situated in the living area and hallway. I run my heat pump continuously on 16 during the day when at work, then 22 of an evening then turning it down again when I go to bed.
The living area which is large open plan including kitchen is always very cosy. The hall way and bedrooms are warmer than they have ever been.
I would also like to mention that I don't have a problem with condensation like I used to.
I highly recommend Warm My Home for their professional well informed staff and the quick turn around on installation.

We were recommended Warm My Home through a friend when we looked at insulating and installing a heat source in our newly purchased early 1900s villa. From the first time we contacted them, Warm My Home made the process straight forward and were friendly and responsive throughout. They initially visited us to discuss our needs and returned with an engineer in order to provide a thoroughly tailored proposal. They were very open to working with our ideas.
We were regularly kept up to date with progress, the information supplied was clear and helpful and the final result works very well for our home. We have two pumps heating our home which has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large living room. The result is we have two controls and can adjust the living room and bedroom areas separately. We also insulated the attic area and underneath the house.
Every house is different and the people involved had the skill level to address issues as they arose while installing a complex system into our old house. We are particularly pleased with the innovative solution in our lounge where return vents are hidden behind our ceiling roses.
The installation team worked hard to complete the work on time to a high standard.
It was important to us that we try to make our home a warm and dry environment for our wee boy who is 1 and half. Warm My Home have given us peace of mind with:
- a heating system properly tailored to our home
- excellent insulation levels using natural materials
- a warm home that uses energy efficiently
- low humidity levels in our old house
